ABOUT APPLYING TO THE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

Documents

All applicants must provide clear and legible copies of the following documents, along with the completed application.
Applications received without all required documents will not be processed (copies only, no originals please):

  1. Driver's License/Government issued ID
  2. Social Security Card
  3. One Letter of Personal Reference
  4. OSHA10 in Construction (Only if completed) (Does not apply to pre-apprenticeship applicants)
  5. Maryland DOL Apprentice License (for those performing work in MD and/or Maryland Registered Apprentices)
  6. MD STA Apprenticeship Agreement (STA Applicants only)
  7. Permission to Use Photographs and Videos

Additionally the following documents may also be required:

  1. High School Diploma or GED Certificate: If completed.
Guidelines For Acceptance To Program:

1. Proof of successful completion of OSHA10 in Construction is required to be submitted with application for applicants other than pre-apprentices.
